“The property is simply fabulous. The first impression whenyou enter the property is amazing. You cross over a bridge to reach reception. Enroute there are stairs to access bird zones. Rich lush green all over, lili pods, swans, etc. We stayed with family of teens and elderly parents. We had booked huts. The rooms were very comfortable and had all facilities you would expect. “We enjoyed our stay at this resort. It’s a wonderful place with great staff and excellent customer service. I would like to mention Vijisha, Jibin, Anagha and Madhan who attended us and made our stay very enjoyable. They ensured everything was great and took care of every little detail. “There is no air conditioning. Complete lack of service. Evening meal was limited and appalling. Breakfast was toast or an omelette and no menu.
