Trying to sleep in the room without AC in the middle of summer was incredibly uncomfortable, and I got very little rest. “A brilliant stay and somewhere I'd happily recommend if you're looking to properly switch off for a few days. You do ideally need a hire car to explore this part of Mallorca, and it's worth knowing that the hotel doesn't have its own parking. We always managed to find a space nearby, but be prepared for a short walk if you're arriving at a busy time. The hotel itself is excellent. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive and looked after us throughout our stay without ever feeling overbearing.……

“Second year of having a short stay in this lovely quiet hotel. Breakfast was lovely and good selection including freshly made eggs. Hotel and pool area very clean and quiet. Location is great, as just a short walk to main road with shops and restaurants, and then another 50m down to the beach.”

“La situation géographique reste intéressante pour peu qu'on ait un véhicule de location. Mais cet hôtel H10 ne tient pas ses promesses de 4 étoiles (ex : sachez que pour avoir du café dans votre chambre, vous devrez passer par l'accueil pour demander à ce qu'on vous remette en main propre les dosettes et autres !!! Et quand on demande pourquoi, on vous répond "it's our rules". Dégagez, y a rien à voir... Quant au personnel, on sent qu'il reçoit une pression terrible pour que rien ne soit oublié……

“Hotel volledig gericht naar de zee. Kamers en ontbijtruimte met zeezicht. Aan het zwembad voldoende ligbedden maar worden jammer genoeg vlug ingepalmd door het handdoekleggen van de gasten. “This hotel seems to be a hub for and catering to German travellers. We arrived on a weekend and the hotel felt like it was overbooked! The restaurant is understaffed, and the wait staff there need better customer service training. Being busy and telling your customers politely to wait works … ignoring them for 20 minutes and not looking at them is extremely rude!
