"Not expecting a lot, but the shower head is broken and tilted, toilet seat is broken, very hot inside no AC not even an Electric Fan we would have it until complaint about the heat. Very noise neighbour shouting in the middle of the night."

"We were greeted warmly upon our arrival by staff. The room was kindly upgraded and was beautiful. We were offered a welcome drink and some Madeira wine in our room. We opted for an additional breakfast, there was confusion as I was under the impression this was included in the original booking. The turn down service was excellent. The spa was lovely although no locker was offered to us. The outside pool is a wonderful attraction. The main issue we had was an event celebrating fireworks - viewing party. It was advertised as starting a certain time but finished thirty mins afterwards. We fed back about this and asked to speak to managers but we had to chase this. When we did speak to a manager, they were very kind and took money off our bill. I would be happy to return"
