Sunset Vista - Mountain Views From Two Patios

SUMMARY
Sunset Vista offers the rare combination of panoramic mountain views with a convenient location that allows you to walk to Santa Fe’s historic Plaza.

LIVING AREA
The living room has a gas fireplace built inside of a traditional kiva chimney, which adds ample inviting ambiance to the space. Large windows flood the room with light and immerse you in Santa Fe’s unique landscape with views of the Sandia mountains to the south. A queen sleeper sofa is available, offering additional flexibility.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen is fully equipped for a home chef, and offers ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, a professional quality gas stove, and a large farmhouse sink. The dining area is just off the kitchen and seats eight.

BED AND BATH
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a sitting area, and a fully renovated en-suite bath. One guest bedroom has a king bed that can be split into twins, and the other has a queen bed and a sitting area. Both guest bedrooms share a fully renovated bathroom just outside of their respective doors.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Sunset Vista has two extraordinary spacious, and outdoor patio areas. The first offers outdoor dining for four with a sun umbrella and a gas grill in a private tree lined fenced setting with mountain views to the north. The second patio also offers dining for six with a sun umbrella. There is also a gas fire pit for lounging and enjoying the scenic views or starlit nights. Additional lounge seating is available so you can enjoy Santa Fe’s famous sunshine while taking in the beautiful landscape.
Sunset Vista also offers a two car garage with an electric door opener and remotes for use during your stay

Sunset Vista is located in a quiet hilly neighborhood perfect for a weekend or long get-away. The neighborhood is ideal for morning/evening walks.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The driveway of this home is monitored by a security camera
- This home is cooled by a swamp cooler rather than traditional AC. Swamp coolers are standard and effective in New Mexico's dry climate.
- One of the King beds can be split into two twins if you prefer. Please let us know a week before arrival if you would like the beds split, or this option may not be available to you.
- Due to local fire safety laws, the outdoor firepit is only available from October 15th - April 15th
- This home is NOT pet-friendly. Our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each check out. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.

This property was beautiful. The house was 5 minutes from the downtown plaza area. It was so nice to be able to leave the traffic and congestion of the plaza and come home to a serene environment. We sat on the porch each evening with the fire lit and just enjoyed the stars and the complete silence of the night. It was wonderful. The house itself was fully stocked with everything needed including shampoo and laundry soap. The house was extremely clean. No issues at all. Plenty of towels and linens, pillows sheets blankets, etc. Overall the house was perfect. We even had a garage door opener and were able to use the garage for parking. It was just perfect and convenient to everything. I looked at the hotels while we were at the plaza and did not regret being in this beautiful house!

The Best Home I’ve Stayed At!
This vrbo experience was hands down the best I’ve had. The home is just so lovely and CLEAN! Like immaculate. All beds comfy. Even the twins. I actually felt good sleeping under their comforter because it was so clean. We were greeted with snacks and wine. Also, no clean up before you leave! What?! So awesome. Gorgeous view and patio with easy to work gas firepit. They have fans and humidifiers in closets. They have a very organized kitchen and good coffee and spices. Only a 2 to 4 min drive to downtown old SanteFe. Or a 30 min walk. We want to come back just to stay here!

Fantastic Location
Quiet neighborhood, nice floor plan, and very close to downtown. We saw deer early morning the day of checkout. They thought of everything necessary for your stay. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and some snacks. Fridge had a complimentary bag of ground coffee, creamer, and sugar. The home is much nicer in person than what the photos reflect online. We would definitely stay with them again!

Wonderful Santa Fe casita!
We stayed with 4 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect. The house was exactly as pictures. It was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and with wonderful desert views. The check in process was easy and property managers very easy to reach if needed. I would definitely stay again!

Great Stay for Mini Family Reunion
This house was perfect for my husband and I and two adult children. We had plenty of room to spread out while together and could easily take off to our own rooms for quiet time. The property was nicely furnished inside and out and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location was convenient to stores, the plaza, hiking and many other attractions. Check in was simple. Consideration was given to make your stay comfortable with outdoor seating, remote for garage, portable fans and humidifiers, which came in handy for people not used to the dry climate. There was ample room to store your extra things without having to clutter up your living space. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.

The house is amazing and had a lot of wonderful amenities. The beds are very comfortable and there is beautiful art and family games. The house was very clean. However, the management company wasn't able to help us get the inside fireplace working and there were excessive fees added to the nightly fee. Several hundred dollars for an owners fee on top of taxes, cleaning, etc.. Yikes.

million dollar views
I've stayed at numerous places over the last several years in SF and this was by far my families favorite. The views are incredible, the house was clean, the location is super convenient. Really no complaints and no hidden surprises. If you host leaves you organic blue corn chips and green chili salsa, you know you are in for a good stay :)

Clean and well maintained property with great view
This property has everything you need. It is clean, comfortable, well managed and well maintained. My two kids and brother in law stayed here is a ski trip and were very happy with the accommodations. Highly recommended!

Great home and location
We had a wonderful vacation in Santa Fe. This house is a great location to all that there is to do in Santa Fe. It is also an excellent base for day trips such as Taos. Everything with regards to the booking was very smooth. It was nice to have easy, early communication regarding house location and checkin process - it was very clear.
