“Was met with such an amazing energetic front host that automatically set the tone for me. I knew right away I was going to be taken care of well. The room I stayed in was great in size and very comfortable. ”

“The bed was extremely noisy—every time I moved or turned, it made loud sounds, making it impossible to sleep. The air conditioner was placed right next to the bed and blew directly onto my lower back, causing significant discomfort throughout the night. Additionally, even basic items like the orange juice at breakfast were extremely diluted and tasted like water. Overall, the experience was very poor and uncomfortable.”

“First of all this hotel is under a complete renovation. There is construction going on everywhere and there are hallways closed down. We went with my daughter‘s softball team and figured that the girls could bond at the pool. However, the pool is under construction too, and so is the Jacuzzi. Now for our room, the shower has two showerheads one is a rain showerhead, and the other is a handheld nozzle. We could never get the rain showerhead to work. It would only dribble out of it. “I almost never write any reviews but the night we stayed here was not satisfied at all. I chose this one because the great review even with the higher price , I decided to give it a try. The unit is not as clean, including the bathroom counter had stains on it. Pillow case has stain on it I had to call for a replacement. Mattress is way too soft. Free wine is nice but with the price we paid, didn’t seem to worth it. Also it was so loud as the the wall way too thin, I can hear next door……
