“A very bad experience. The shower drain in the room was clogged, and the front desk staff were completely expressionless, communicating with a sullen face throughout, and were very impatient. The breakfast buffet was almost empty, and the staff just stood there expressionlessly watching, not replenishing the food until I pointed it out, at which point they reluctantly went to get more. In short, the experience was terrible, and I will never stay at this hotel again.”

“The carpet in the room was really gross. It kinda felt damp the entire time and there were big stains on it. We walked past one room that had hardwood floors, which would have made sense to have in our room since we booked the deluxe. Beds were also very uncomfortable. Not worth the money”
