"We stayed four days in April 2026. The property is wonderful, with an extensive beach, great pool and wonderful staff. The restaurant is very good, lots of variety and lots of food. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit and a good menu. Our room was clean and the Air Conditioning was good. The hounds are extensive, trees, shrubs and Howler monkey in the trees. Would stay there again. "

"We were very pleased with the property itself and the staff. They were very accommodating and let us check in early. Breakfast was excellent and it was nice having coffee or tea available during the day. The only issue was the noise from traffic while we were outside by the pool. I didn't realize the hotel was on a busy road when I booked it."

"Pool was ok. Room was falling apart- Celing fan made horrible noise. Asked to fix it or move us and they turned to low and said that’s good. Only 2 working elevators in whole property and used by staff as well as guests. Staff was mostly nice. We were put in a room above the kitchen near the stage and it was always loud. TVs didn’t work properly as if connected to antenna but showed frozen screens for many channels. Only BBC channel in English. We were told they are refurbishing soon. I hope it gets better for the next people. Restaurants not amazing buffet not kept at safe temperatures. We Love bees but they were overwhelming at the pool bar. "

"We had a great family vacation here! The rooms are nice, food is excellent and location is perfect. Great beach just steps away and the pool was very nice. I would stay here again and recommend to others. Big shout out to Emanuel (Manny) at the Pool Bar. He was super helpful and great to talk with!"
