"The property and rooms were very clean! The pool bar/grill drinks and food were delicious. Lazy river is so relaxing. Free daily breakfast buffet from 7-10 was great with many options! The beach is a 5 minute walk with all rentals available from chairs/umbrellas to surf boards and wagons! Within walking distance to everything from Ron Johns to restaurants and Starbucks and the grocery store! The gym you have to drive a mile to an affiliate but it’s nice and has everything! "

"The suite was larger than I thought that it would be. The 2 A/C units both worked really good. The WiFi worked really good too."

"The breakfast buffet was fresh and had many options. The coffee was great too. The staff upgraded our room to a suite. It had a living area, kitchen, and the best part was the view. I will definitely use Best Western again. "

"There were a few breakfast options. I expected a continental breakfast to have more breakfast bakery meals and more bread options. Also, it was annoying to have to bring my luggage up the stairs. An elevator would have been more convenient. The room was blah and getting a parking view was disappointing for the amount of money paid. "

"Disappointed they don’t offer airport shuttle service to Sanford and the cruise port service didn’t start until 10. "

"Bathroom was very clean and disinfected, room smelled nice also. Check-in was smooth, Jewell was great!! Outdoor pool was clean and temperature controlled. Great stay, will visit again."

"Wonderful staff, nice breakfast and lunch, clean room. Just keep location of balcony room, so you won't have to look at fans on the top of another building, the noise didn't allow me to enjoy the balcony at all."

"The room we were in really needed updating. Some of what looked like black grime on the bathroom floor, door, and shower curtain and edges of the room may have been discolored from age but just looked like dirt and grime. The bathroom door was warped and difficult to close because it scraped across the floor. The small bedside table, desk, and chest of drawers had warped and cracking on the tops in several areas. The mirrors were cloudy and old with spots as well. Good things: -great shower and water pressure ( but no shelves to put soap/ shampoo in the stall). -easy self parking right outside our room. -toilet and sink very clean and worked well. -friendly and kind staff. -excellent price."
