They both acted as if they were inconvenienced and were just rude. I have stayed at many Hilton hotels and have never experienced such unprofessional employees at check-in. Their attitudes never improved, I watched others check in throughout the evening, and their attitudes never improved when guests were checking in."

"The elevator was broken and the hotel overall is very run down. It's like a rental property that's only held together by the layers of paint on the walls."

"Room overlooked the beach, the only thing is the lobby is a bit outdated and could use some attention. Other than that, great location, accessible to the beach! We came back to this hotel after our other room at a different hotel was not up to par. "

"Clean rooms, very nice staff. Food has affordable, very nice breakfasts buffet,pool was warm and clean for the most part. The cocktails are in point the outside bar, Erik makes the best piña coladas.Very nice experience had a blast with the family "

"I can't really give a review because I wasn't able to stay. I tried to cancel my prepaid reservation and was not allowed to do so. They wouldn't even issue a credit. So I'm just out a lot of money. I'll definitely think twice about using a 3rd party for travel plans going forward. The policies are unreasonable."
