NOTICE: Please be advised that there is an ongoing roofing project scheduled to continue through mid-July 2025. Work will take place Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with occasional Saturday work. While there may be some noise during the initial tear-off phase, the remainder of the work will be quieter. We want to assure you that the beach access and all of our amenities will be fully open and ready for you to enjoy throughout the project!

Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

This large beachfront condo is the perfect place for your vacation getaway. The condo is a split level unit with 2 very spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upper level and a full bathroom, updated kitchen, dining/living room and large private balcony off the main floor. Please note there are stairs in the unit. Enjoy the ocean views from throughout the unit, including excellent oceanfront views from your master bedroom.

The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom has a king bed and large plasma TV. The second bedroom has a king bed and a queen sized air mattress if needed. The unit has two fully remodeled bathrooms and is fully stocked with linens and towels. There is also free wireless internet available.

Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach. Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive.

🐾 Please Note: While dogs are welcome in this condo, the beach directly in front of the building is not pet-friendly. However, there are several dog-friendly beach spots just a short drive away—perfect for an oceanside walk with your pup!
