“TBH I expected a little more from this "suite" hotel experience. I had problems with a missing TV remote at check-in, getting someone at the front desk to answer my call, and the room itself had little issues like a loose toilet seat that would swim around when you sat down and a poorly installed curtain system where you couldn't close the blinds all the way. I found that the cleaning staff were always super friendly and went out of their way to say hello, as well as the afternoon front desk……
