“Exterior of property littered with trash and cigarette butts. Entry rugs outside and inside dirty. Elevator dirty. AC in lobby not running. Room was clean and AC cool. Bathtub and sink barely drained water.”

“Firstly, want to state the staff is always warm, friendly & accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, but had a “foot” smell, (have noticed this on prior stays)-a deep clean of the carpets may be in order. We used a side door for convenience and just outside of it the pavement has a large, uneven gap that’s a considerable safety issue. Hopefully that can be repaired before anyone is more seriously injured. While these are maintenance issues that are easily addressed, I’d like to……

“Everyone was welcoming. My experience was that this hotel is a trusted place. Kronenwetter contractors were repaving the roads and the workers stayed there. Early to bed, early to rise for comped breakfast bar including a waffle iron. Yes!”
