“Staff was not help at all. I am an older female disabled veteran. I had to get my own bags on one of there luggage carts which was difficult to maneuver because I use a cane. The outside doors are automatic but the door that lead to the inside are not. They were open when I went out to my car but then someone closed then so when I came back in I could get the cart through. Both of the people at the check-in desk just looked at me. Then I said "can I get some help" that is when one of them……

“We loved the breakfast and the coffee machine that can make all kinds of coffees and teas any time is a dream come true! very nice staff! We also liked our spacious and clean room and the kitchen in the room with full size fridge and stove was amazing and very helpful!! it is a rear thing to have in the hotel. I would replace that old chair at the desk in the room -- it makes it look outdated. I liked that i could open our window to have fresh air. Overall it ws a very nice stay. Thank you!”
