“Room was clean and comfortable”

“I’m not even sure how to explain the smell in my room. It was something like urine and stale smoke. I stayed in the room for about 15min and then just left, checked into the holiday inn express. I get it $45, but wow!”

“Firstly, want to state the staff is always warm, friendly & accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, but had a “foot” smell, (have noticed this on prior stays)-a deep clean of the carpets may be in order. We used a side door for convenience and just outside of it the pavement has a large, uneven gap that’s a considerable safety issue. Hopefully that can be repaired before anyone is more seriously injured. While these are maintenance issues that are easily addressed, I’d like to……

“Exterior of property littered with trash and cigarette butts. Entry rugs outside and inside dirty. Elevator dirty. AC in lobby not running. Room was clean and AC cool. Bathtub and sink barely drained water.”

“Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of fresh watm food.”
