“The door was not working when we first arrived. We could not get in and could not contact the host. The photos advertised a private hot tub but there is none next to our building. Our fridge was filled with food leftover from the people before us. Makes me wonder if the place was even cleaned. Horrible experience for a 1,500 weekend. And still no response from the host.”

“Overall great for a short ski trip weekend. The kitchen was a little lacking, and the water smells really bad of sulfer... but we had bottled water to drink so it wasn't bad. Great location if skiing at Windham, and only a 10min drive to Hunter!”

“Booked the Penthouse but had to switch rooms to a smaller suite due to the AC not working even after maintenance inspected it. I was really surprised how dirty the couch in the Penthouse was. The seat cushions were so filthy I could see brown discoloration. This was surprising because the hotel and rooms were cleaned thoroughly. Everything looked immaculate. Front desk reception was professional, responsive, and got us into a very nice 3 bedroom suite. He apologized for the inconvenience and……

“Everything was perfect. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots and pans that we needed. Property was very clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. We especially loved sitting on the porch and drinking our coffee!”

“Difficult to find at night check in. Follow the little light line at night to find the place. No cellular service available. Not enough glasses and utensils for 4 people. No facial towels or extra somewhere. No washer and dryer. I guess I should hv read it more carefully. Clean enough but would like to see the bathroom wall scrubbed down. Otherwise the location where we supposed to visit was convenient.”

“The place was clean and very well equipped. The furnishings were comfortable. A thing to keep in mind - the exact address sometimes is not available within Google maps. We had to try putting in few locations before finding the right directions. The host gave clear instructions the day before check-in and access to the property was simple and easy. The location is few minutes from Tannersville and ideal for folks visiting the Catskill attractions- the falls, North Lake etc. It's peaceful and……
