“The room temperature no matter how you set the thermometer was so cold it was totally uncomfortable and hard to sleep/rest. The bathroom fawcet was not working properly as the temperature of the water turned scalding hot. Even if you moved to the cold water position all the way, if you tried to get warm water, it was very hard to set. It turned very hot immediately. “The Stockade Inn is in a beautiful, neighborhood a short walk from many stores and restaurants. The Inn is being updated and our room was very comfortable. We had a problem with the hot water one night due to a boiler failure but the owner was vaery appologitic and picked up our breakfast tab in the first floor cafe! We definitely recommend this Inn!”

“i reserved a room with a king size bed and jetted jacuzzi. When i got to this Best Western in Clifton Park the manager (nasty) tells me they don’t have any more rooms with king beds. I can have a room with 2 doubles no jacuzzi. Didnt like it but after traveling 6 hours by car i just took it. The room was clean but so old and had a smell. The carpet by the door”s threshold was not tacked down and a lawsuit ready to happen. I kept quiet being i was there only two days. When i checked out my card……

“The run down hotel had a pile of construction/renovation debris right outside our first room’s window. The electrical outlets were loose in the walls to say the best, but the cherry on the cake was the used hypodermic needle left on the floor beneath the ratty A/C unit. After moved to a new room, the main door had huge gaps around the frame where the door was previously kicked in or broken down. Cobwebs everywhere, rusty microwave, filthy mini fridge, and old mismatched high wattage……
