First, our reservation details were not properly registered, and we were asked to walk back to the front desk again to fix the issue. Then we were not given the correct number of breakfast vouchers even though breakfast was included in our payment. The drinking water vouchers were also not provided until we went back to the counter to ask for them. Up to now, we still have not received our receipt, and we do not understand why this basic request has not been handled." This showed a clear lack of care and professionalism. While this hotel may appeal to budget travelers looking only for location, the poor room condition and especially the careless housekeeping made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not choose to stay here again."
