“Clean room WiFi great ”

“Pros: friendly staff (fresh baked cookies are best), breakfast included, pet friendly, kids approved pool and hot tub, free rental bikes, play area for the small kids, close to the beach, EV charger but be careful it charges higher than Tesla super chargers. Cons: why I gave 4 stars- room is small for the family of 4 with the dog- feels even smaller. Can barely move around the room. The bed is not comfortable at all- woke up with achy back. And the microwave doesn’t heat that well and……

“Rooms were nice, overall stay was really pleasant. The hallways to the rooms felt pretty snug. Lots of construction going on & they verbalized this to us well in advance. But that meant dirty entry ways & loud noise most of the day along with caution tape & trying to navigate what was open/what wasn’t. Overall didn’t affect our stay or vacation. Once upgrades are completed I’m sure this will be a beautiful place to stay.”

“Very good staff very accomodating”

“Went to enjoy a 5 day stay which turned into 4 days. The staff was nice but our room was very dirty. We understand they don’t service rooms as often anymore so as we got to our last night we finally asked for them to service our room and get us some clean sheets. Our kiddos had spilt their drink on the sheets and our bedding needed a change. It was visibly dirty. The gal told us she needed us out of the room to do so and she brought her vacuum and supplies. Never vacuumed, never changed the……

“We hadn’t been to Ashore in 8 years and was really looking forward to this trip because we had fond memories there. Things are definitely run down from our last visit and when we checked in, the lady working the front desk was not very friendly. For breakfast, you need to fill out a form and turn it in the day before and if I had not asked, we wouldn’t have known because we weren’t informed at check in. The decorative pillows and blankets had stains and the community ice freezer was empty the……

“This is a GREAT value for a beachfront stay with an amazing view of the ocean, quiet rooms, easy check in, tasty coffee, and a super close walk to all the attractions on Broadway. My kids had a great time, and you walk out of your room and right onto the beach. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They let us check in to our room at 2:45 when we got into town early. Highly recommended! Save money on lodging and have more money to spend on building great experiences!”

“We have stayed in one of these units before and we were drawn back due to the low price and location! It is only a few blocks from the promenade. The room was immaculate! Super comfy bed, plenty of clean towels, a little fireplace that comes on when the thermostat is set to heat, everything you would need in the little kitchenette including a Keurig. Highly recommend renting from any of these units! ”
