"From the second we booked this hotel, to checkout our experience was absolutely amazing!!! First off the staff is amazing!!! They allowed us early check in since rooms were available. My husband called before we arrived and informed them that it was my birthday, so they upgraded our room to give us executive lounge access with free breakfast and beverages and snakcs available throughout the day! Our room was on the highest floor and we had the MOST incredible view of the entire city with Mt. Ranier to the left and the cascades to the right! The view of the space needle was beautiful from here as well! The bathrooms were top notch and the toilet even had the japanese style bidets with heated seats and dryers! Staying at this hotel was a top experience for us in Seattle and without a doubt I will always return here when I come back to Seattle!!! Highly highly recommend! I would even say this could go as far as one of my most favorite hotel stays ever!"

"The room was quaint and had a timeless feel to it like you had been transported to a by gone era. The staff were amazing and had great personalities. The food, the views, and the ease of access were spot on. We were able to explore Seattle by foot and of we needed to go a little further, the train was only 4 minutes away. I will definitely be staying here again. Worth EVERY PENNY! "
