It was an okay hotel - chosen for price and proximity to airport. The location leaves much to be desired. We saw many homeless people hanging about, a busy bar on the corner with people coming and going, and a pretty trashy trailer park across the street from where you park your car.

Very nearly a 5 star hotel I think, and better than at least one other “5 star” I’ve stayed in recently in Seattle. Great value. Great location.

A comfortable stay. Reasonable price. Away from downtown Seattle.
We choose to go to another hotel. They gave us a room that wasn’t cleaned. Then change us to another room that wasn’t clean. The entire motel was in bad shape. We have questions on how to get our money back. Quality inn said we had to contact Expedia for a refund.

Some one had smoked in the room. The Hotel changed the room and all was good.
The rooms were nice, it looked like they had been recently updated or were still in the process of being updated (unpainted patches on the walls). The bathrooms were nice, the rainhead shower was lovely, but the sliding door didn’t fully close and there was no way to secure it (which is an issue ...
We stayed two nights, room was fine but no fridge, good breakfast and they offer airport shuttle. Everything was fine except a false fire alarm around 11pm that got us all out of the hotel...not fun at all.

Great location friendly staff near airport and train into downtown
The hotel and rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable. Walking distance to the airport or you can use their complimentary shuttle. The staff are friendly and helpful, continental breakfast was good, better than some not as good as others. If I'm in need of staying in the Seattle area I'd use this ...

We found the staff very accommodating in all requests. We flew into Seattle a day before our cruise. The hotel shuttle took us to the nearest Lift station so that we could easily go to the piers and to the Space Needle. This was an inexpensive way to visit several sites in Seattle. The hotel staff ...

Cleanliness is not a feature available here. When I first checked in my bathroom had previous tenant towels and soap in the bathroom. Housekeeping did not appear until day 4, then refused to clean room. I did not get clean towels again for days, washcloth required multiple complaints to the ...

I've been here several times before and it continues to "meet expectations" as a cheap place to lay your head when the focus is being in the city or passing through. The front desk person did the bare minimum, but the room was clean, safe, the surrounding area was quiet and the price is the cheapest ...

The La Residence Suite Hotel is more like a small apartment than a hotel room. The room contains a full kitchen, with an oven/stove, sink, dishwasher, and an array of pots, pans, and knives, along with other cooking utensils. The room has a living area as well, with a chair, a couch, and a TV. While ...

My wife and I stayed at the Westin for one night. It's a good affordable hotel right across Bellevue Square Mall. I say affordable because it was cheaper than other nicer hotels in the area, but it's still a little expensive. There's really nothing special about the Westin. What we liked about our ...
