"Room Clean , AC Blew out hot air . Staff was Extremely Lazy and Rude House Keeping and Front Desk . Always On Phones and Did Absolutely Nothing Sounded like Robots and Had No Information about Anything, Wouldve Been Better if they were Robots …Breakfast Didnt Have Because it says Continental But Not There was a charge per adult, Parking was More then Other Hotels. Charged For Everything , Surprised We didnt get charged for Breathing or Flushing the Toilet! Completely Horrible Stay Wont Be Staying Again !! Incompetent…."

"The hotel is brand new in a good area of DT Seattle, very clean super tasteful design great mattress and bedsheets love the room size very spacious and the shower was GREAT The breakfast was ok , not too many choices and the room was pretty small. Overall amazing considering the price we paid ."
