"What a fabulous building! The atmosphere was fantastic, staff were friendly, room was very clean, and the complementary breakfast was good. A fairly short walk to Lumen Field for the concert we were attending. The only con was the area had quite a fair amount of unhoused people occupying it, but they didnt bother us nor is this the hotel's fault. Would stay again!"

"The hotel is on the historic registry so it does not have the look and feel of a big conference hotel. The beds, linens, and towels are all quality. Our room had dressers for our clothes. We had a lovely appetizer and wine on the outdoor patio after a big day out. The hotel was quiet and had the best hot shower I've ever had."
