“Un super endroit. Jay et Jessie sont très accueillants et à l'écoute des besoins de leurs clients. Ils nous mettent à l'aise dès notre arrivée. Tout au long de notre séjour, ils nous font des recommandations sur les attraits touristiques du coin. Ils répondent gentiment à nos questions et nos demandes. L'endroit est très bien situé et permet de faire le tour de la vallée d'Okanagan, important d'avoir une voiture. Jessie est une cuisinière hors pair et nous a concocté d'immenses petits……

“The check-in process was seamless, the room and space were clean. There are seats and a table outside to enjoy the a morning coffee or breakfast, or simply rest and take in the lake view. For breakfast, we were served continental breakfast, as well as hot hash browns and egg bites which were more than what we expected and we appreciated it. The mattress is very likely an all-foam mattress. It’s slightly firmer than most mattresses at hotels, but still cradle the body. We would stay here……

“Facing the golf course water foundation is nice. However, there was a body hair on one do the bed and the air conditioner was too noisy at night. The waterside in the pool was very fast, some kids found it very fun but some found found it quite intimidating. The waffle in the breakfast is yummy.”

“Fun vibes! Loved the bike and roller skate rentals. And the pool too. Seemed to be a lot of noise/drama at night. Couples fighting, men drinking and swearing. Staff were helpful and responsive.”

“The rooms are modern, clean, and feel brand new. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the high price point. A few key issues stood out: 1. Communication with hotel staff was often challenging. 2. Parking is extremely limited. If you arrive after 9 PM or leave and return later in the evening, finding a parking spot can be difficult or impossible. 3.
