"The house was perfect for what we needed. It had lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and hot tub was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. The homeowners were always available whenever we needed anything. You definitely need 4wd or a great AWD vehicle to get to the property but it was a great experience and everyone in our group loved the drive on the beach. We seen wild horses right out front of the house. It was a great vacation. "

"The condition of my room was unsatisfactory! There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, the sink was stopped up with water when I was washing my hands, hardened water around shower head and the carpet was sticky. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at hotel! "

"The building is older and the couches can use some cleaning. Other than that, everything else is fine. Clean beds and towels. I would recommend booking the bay view or ocean front view if available. Overall, Its a decent place for it's price point."

"Breakfast was not the greatest comparing to a holiday inn express, room cleanliness was average, hotel needs multiple upgrades throughout. This property has such potential to be great, it’s close but needs upgrades. The staff at the front desk were great, a the breakfast service was good. Thank you for a great visit, we would return to this property if the upgrades happened. "
