"Disappointed I did not see there was a $12 a day parking fee for Larkspur. Especially as they share the hotel parking with Hilton. Stayed 5 days at Larkspur and switched to Hilton last 2 days. Hilton was less expensive for room, and no parking fee which again shared parking with Larkspur. Just a greedy attempt to collect more money. Larkspur room was small. Didnt like the bag breakfast required to order day before. Ordered a bagel and no toaster in room or in community area. Was told toaster in room and opened all doors and drawers and still no toaster. "

"There were stains by the door that looked like blood, living room light didn't work, small refrigerator was warm but finally started to work and 2 spots in the ceiling where material had fallen down. Strong pot smell getting off of elevator. For the price paid, I would expect better."

"The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The air conditioning worked well but was a bit noisy. But they got my name wrong on this message....my name is not Wesley."

"Room furniture outdated and worn. Smoke alarm removed from ceiling and placed in a closet. Wifi did not initially work. The microwave in the room was grimy on top. The remote to the tv was broken and held together with duck tape, had to request a replacement. Dog fecis located on the ground in numerous common areas. The romm did not even provide throwawat plastic cups. The shower and bathrrom floor was slippery when wet while showering and had to use 1 of 2 bath towels provide for a bath mat. I checked out 1 day ealry and lost $ i has paid for the 2nd night. Worst hotel i have ever experienced "

"The first thing was that the pool was not open, the room was a little dirty the door wouldn't lock all the way and there no warm water for the tube. The staff was great a x friendly."
