    "There is nobody at the hotel after 10pm to help resolve problems. We went out to dinner, and, when we returned, our key cards did not work, so we could not get in our room. It took a stressful two hours for someone from security to drive to the hotel to let us in. We had to make twenty phone calls at international rates, which took ages to get through and then no one spoke English, and they kept putting the phone down on us. Extremely stressful, avoid like the plague!"
