"The hotels sheets we got when we arrived were dirty and we had to call several times and were continuously told someone would be up to replace them. Hours later we called again and were told we had to wait to have them replaced and were told they would not be able to replace them til the next day. We called after the time they said housekeeping would be there and were told to wait again and that “they will be there soon”, where again we waited beyond a normal time frame and no one came til after we had left. The sheets we ending up getting from when housekeeping finally came were also dirty. Every single towel was stained with either a red substance or a yellowing substance even the ones I was able to get from a passing staff. You can also hear every time someone does anything in the rooms next to you or outside your room which woke us up several times. I will say while the neighborhood is on the safer side the hotel itself is no better than a motel 6."
