“Alright stay, pool is nice, but there is literally no service, no one to ask about anything. We thought it was a hotel, but must have missed something in the fine print; even the staff in the cafe below refer to it as an AirBnb. The music (and other noise) from the cafe travels to the rooms, because there is seemingly no insulation in the room doors. There is no toilet brush even though they don’t clean the rooms, and we found a pair of (some one else’s) underwear beneath the bed…you apparently……

“the room is good, but not sure why the fridge temperature can not be adjusted and always stays cool-to-warm. The staff is very helpful and friendly.”

“It's very clean and tidy, and the staff respond to messages promptly. On the day I needed to change rooms,but I have to went to the hospital because I felt unwell, and the staff helped me change rooms. mucho gracias. Highly recommend this hotel.”
