Located in a safe and quiet area of Hartford and the staff was very friendly and professional so my only complaint was the carpet and sofa bed were a little outdated but overall I would definitely come back here. Keep up the great work

We visited over a holiday weekend. The house is clean and a good size for the 3 adults in our group and our dog. It is in walking distance to several stores and a park. We would stay again if we were in the area.

It was better than I imagined. Classic New England. (And better than Avon, haha)
Used to live in Simsbury in the 1970,s. So great to return and see the lovely town more charming than ever!
It’s definitely a place to stay at to experience a small glimpse in the past.
We didn’t have time to explore Simsbury, but the area was beautiful.
