Room was not "dirty" but also not thoroughly cleaned. Towels were stained and had hair. Staff was very friendly. Parking lot could use more lighting.

Great house on a nice street. Close to everything. The house was very clean and well stocked. The host was very responsive. I'll stay again when traveling to the Newington/ New Britain area.

Everything was good. Loved the pellet stove although the house was very dry at night. The kitchen was okay but had too many duplicate grilling utensils and not much counter space. Parking was great. Loved walking around the neighborhood. The host was responsive and friendly throughout our ...

It was better than I imagined. Classic New England. (And better than Avon, haha)
Used to live in Simsbury in the 1970,s. So great to return and see the lovely town more charming than ever!
It’s definitely a place to stay at to experience a small glimpse in the past.
We didn’t have time to explore Simsbury, but the area was beautiful.
