The cleaning staff removed a paper bag in my room which had my belongings like makeup bag, perfume, and some clothes when they cleaned the room on 02/25/2026! Everything was good. Loved the pellet stove although the house was very dry at night. The kitchen was okay but had too many duplicate grilling utensils and not much counter space. Parking was great. Loved walking around the neighborhood. The host was responsive and friendly throughout our ...

It was better than I imagined. Classic New England. (And better than Avon, haha)
Used to live in Simsbury in the 1970,s. So great to return and see the lovely town more charming than ever!
It’s definitely a place to stay at to experience a small glimpse in the past.
We didn’t have time to explore Simsbury, but the area was beautiful.
