"Two things for improvement:
1. The hotel asked us to input passport and credit card information beforehand for online checkin in a website that cannot be verified. This made people very uneasy about information security. However, the hotel replied that the online checkin was elective, but this was not stated in the email.
2. The instant heating water dispenser in the room could only deliver a fixed volume of 200ml at 27 and 98 degrees only. This was quite inconvenient. There was no way to stop water from dispensing once it started. We had trouble with making baby milk."
