“The room has no refrigerator. There is no ice on property. We met some people on the rooftop terrace that said the hotel loaned them a cooler. We asked if they had one on Sunday night, thinking that there might be a better chance to get one since it was slower, but no. We iced our things in a converted trash can. The staff was very kind. All rooms are facing the pool and really only the rooms on bottom have an enclosed balcony which I was told cost more . So not sure if I got the right room.
