"The hotel is splendid! The staff carried our luggage to our rooms for us up the stairs and were extremely helpful with our late night arrival. We were having problems logging into wifi so they did that for us to ensure we could connect during our stay. The swan towels on the bed were beautiful and the towel folded into a rose in the bathroom was an added bonus. Plenty of shampoo and and soaps were provided.
