“The lady that checked us in at almost midnight was not welcoming. We’d been driving for 8 hours, get the hotel, and the few ladies that were there chit chatting completely ignored us, once we were finally acknowledged the lady said “Do you ladies need something?” That’s very unwelcoming, and extremely rude. The “free” breakfast needs to be explained better as well. Expedia advertises “FREE BREAKFAST” not “Free breakfast with purchase of voucher”. That’s false advertising and should be……
