“Although the property has great potential, the entire condo had an overwhelming smell of cat urine. The unit is older and in the process of repairs which we were willing to over look but the smell was just too much. We had to leave after the first night and have not received any response after contacting the host letting them know of the issue. ”

“The house was clean. The host was very responsive. It was too cold for us to enjoy the beach but we did walk over the dunes to look at it. The house is date with some spruce up done. But I like the character of older home. The bed in the master bedroom was fabulous, very comfortable. ”

“The modern decor, cleanliness (comfortable bedding) and proximity to the beach was very nice. Unfortunately there was road construction right next to the property and parking was very tight. Units below us had odors that wafted up and loud music was played past midnight. Communicating with the manager seemed to be via AI and did not feel personal although they were responsive. Bath fixtures were coming off the wall and they had insect spraying scheduled during our stay which was not ideal but we...

“Had a little trouble getting in with code. Instructions left off final step. Great property. Quiet. Lot of road construction in the area right now. It met our needs for a couple nights and included everything we needed. ”

“Very comfortable - beds were soft, sheets were great and water pressure was nice. There was a problem with city drains so the parking lot was flooded a couple nights, which caused a lot of dirt to be tracked into the unit, but this wasn't a problem with the rental. Location was close to everything we needed.”
