The owner is very helpful and friendly. The room rates are extremely reasonable, especially given that our room (including the bathroom) was immaculately clean. You can tell the owner takes pride in keeping the rooms as well as the property in excellent shape. Highly recommended.

Have stayed there before and although there was a rowdy crowd next to my room everything was OK. This stay June17-18 was much quieter. Staff that I met very friendly. I will stay there again.

We've stayed here multiple times. Rooms are super clean. The staff are amazing. The only thing that needs improvement would be their towels. Otherwise I have nothing but praises for this place. I will always use the Tay Inn when visiting Perth and area.

Very well maintained and clean. Staff are very friendly. Highly recommend, would stay here again. I've stayed in many different motel for my travels and I was very impressed with Tay. Although it's off the main road you don't hear the traffic. Close drive to downtown Perth.
