A Wonderful Stay at Coco Palms Hotel! Our stay at Coco Palms Hotel was truly great and welcoming from start to finish. Garfield at the concierge desk was a fantastic resource, helping us find tours and offering great local advice throughout our trip. Michael at check-in was also incredibly helpful, making our arrival smooth and easy, and he answered any questions we may have throughout our stay. The servers in the restaurant were wonderful, attentive, and accommodating, catering to all of our needs during every meal. And a special shoutout to Denver, who was a fantastic guide at the street party in Gros Islet. Overall, this was a wonderful stay! The whole team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I hope to return again to Coco Palms soon and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming getaway!

The absolute most magical incredible place we have visited. I can’t properly express the beauty and incredible experience we received at Ladera. No photos or reviews will ever do it justice, you need to experience it for yourself. The rooms are absolutely BREATH TAKING. The staff is INCREDIBLE, so accommodating and ready to go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. It was such a unique experience we will never forget. We will dream about coming back soon. The open wall room is something you have to experience for yourself, this was truly a unique one of a kind experience. Thank you to our butlers Sedley and Rohan for making this an absolute dream stay for us. You both were such a huge part of making our stay perfect and going above and beyond. Thank you!
