“Over a 7 night stay, our room lost power to a portion of the 1 bedroom suite and to both AC units 6 times! One morning we awoke to water leaking from the ceiling. It took 2 maintenance crews a 9 hours to completely resolve. When this happened, I suggested that perhaps we should be moved to another room. I was told management would be contacted but management never contacted us. The power issue wasn’t a resort wide problem just our room. They always fixed the problems but when you pay this……

When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”
