“Staff was friendly and courteous but I arrived on a Sunday and when check in my room safe was not working so I called desk and employee came to room. He said dead battery and will be back but never did called desk said he's coming but didn't. Called Monday nobody came n called again nobody came till late that night the same guy came with new safe but that one didn't work.he said he called his manager and he will be here around 7 called at 10 said manager will come at 7am i said come after 10 ……

“The staff was not friendly at all. Not rude but unwelcoming. They gave me the wrong room and couldn’t get on the same page with correcting that issue. I lost two day of plans waiting on the fix. The food was just okay. My highlight was off the resort but the biggest expense was the resort”

“My time at BodyHoliday was simply exceptional. The resort sits in a stunning private cove and the overall setting is simply beautiful. The staff were amazing and the range of sports on offer was world-class. I played beach volleyball, tried archery, a keelboat and paddle boarding to name but a few. Food was excellent and spa treatments were very welcome after a long day. The Wellness Cafe and TAO were of particular note. Everything exceeded my expectations and I’ve already told the manager……
