“The car park was next to hotel room was clean with coffee and also bottles of water. Nice selection for breakfast but not much selection for evening meal .But because the information in the room wasn't updated it said the restaurant was closed and didn't find out till the last night.”

“We only stayed one night but this was a lovely place the team were friendly and very helpful The room was comfortable with everything you need I would certainly recommend it”

“Booked as we had an early flight from East Midlands airport. Owner met us soon after we arrived. Nice room, great comfy bed, very good shower. Advised there was a good restaurant just down the road (15 min walk) which we visited and had a very tasty meal. Left in the morning too early for breakfast, but not host’s fault. Very good nights sleep. Plenty of parking. Road to airport a bit narrow and windy, but we made it in plenty of time. Would recommend.”

“Clean room. Usual Hilton high standard. Breakfast has decent choices and yes their signature Hampton waffle. And as usual this is included in the room fee. Nice air-conditioning. Can't complain anything at all. 10/10”

“Situated next to A38 it is a very easy access hotel for a night if you are travelling to the Midlands. The room we had was spacious and comfy!”

“Great location and quiet room . The couple who own the property are both lovely and helpful. The room has all the amenities you could wish for , they have considered what a guest might want or need . You can park off street . The room was a little on the small side but adequate for one or two nights . The continental breakfast is adequate and the fresh coffee as very good . The property was full so the breakfast room was too and we felt a little bit close to other tables .”
