“Pros and cons to every place one stays. Pros: there is a bay outside the front that I did see (two) dolphins in. The owner is quick to respond. The room has the basic essentials. The pools (bc FL) were warm and the clubhouse nice. Cons: I arrived on a Sunday and PM’d the owner. There was a strong smell of toxic chemicals in the interior hallway of the building (not in her unit). I noted in smelled of mold killer, pesticide, or strong paint chemicals. “The overall stay was fine. The beach and pool area were exactly as promised. The room had several issues that did take away from the overall experience. The largest issue was the bed. It was very uncomfortable and hard. The air conditioning worked but the humidity was very high in the rooms.
