Claudia was adept with communications post booking and was exceptionally helpful at check in by thoroughly explaining everything. She was immediately available for the few minor issues and questions we had. The apartment was amply equipped with everything we needed. Strongly recommended.

House was very clean and beds were comfortable. We were able to get in the house with the keypad, however that was the only time it worked. There was 1 key for the door to the house.
