“I did not like that the guy next door to my mother room had a huge dog and he would sit outside with it off leash and then upstairs the guy in the room next to me would sit in a chair to the top of the stairs smoking a pipe and had to keep saying excuse me.”

“This is my second stay here. I was not disappointed. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful. The room was clean and tidy ”

“We ALWAYS stay here every trip to NY.. its convenient comfy and inexpensive. The staff is unbelievable friendly and very caring I wasnt feeling well and the man at the window noticed and asked if I were ok did I need help and I told him it was just my meds and I was fine I just needed to lay down Id been in a truck all day.. he said if I needed ANYTHING AT ALL PLEASE LET HIM KNOW.. what a sweet kind man. But its also rt next to the Palasades Mall.. our fav place in NY lol.. we will be staying……

“Unclean areas. Shared everything, not just the kitchen. No staff on site or help desk. Super unsafe. No outside looks for any door. I do not recommend this place at all, spend the extra 40 is dollars and go to the Robert Treat hotel.”
