“Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. The NEST thermostat is programmed to continually……

“This was a very nice set up. The location was close to everything! The property manager was very responsive if I needed something. We will stay here again!”

“Garage parking, especially elevator lobby at G2 level is extremely dirty. Common corridor has ventilation issues with strong cooking odors. The carpet is brown color and bed sheet is dark purple... Also, the shower head has a very low water pressure, probably due to calcium build-up. On the positive side, the apartment has a great location, the security garage gate and door open app, Gatewise works great. Host service is very helpful.”

“Great space overall. The hot tub was listed but not actually operational. Didn’t realize the property was lived in by the owner which we realized when all the dresser drawers in the master bedroom had clothes in them and his personal items were in the bathroom. Would recommend providing some empty drawers for use as there were no drawers and no closet available in the master bedroom. Also recommend removing all personal food from the fridge and freezer. Or at least making a comment about items……

“its really close to a lot of the attractions we were going to, beds were not comfortable and didn't have a clean feel, pictures were a bit deceiving making it look much nicer than what it is,, oh and the heat and cooling situation was very confusing. other than that it was good for the price, management was responsive, location was great.”

“The location was perfect for our visit. I loved the rooftop pool and the view while swimming or enjoying the warm evening. The amazing workout room had everything I needed for a proper workout. Would consider stay again if in the area. A few areas were lacking:- There were only two forks in the kitchen which required us to constantly be washing forks while cooking or eating. A few more would have been helpful. I contacted our host about obtaining a few more metal forks but did not receive an……
