今次訂房有超賣情況發生, 所以酒店當日不能提供已訂購的酒店, 但酒店職員十分盡力安排善後工作, 以為照顧客人需要, 安排真的值得一讚。職員貼心又有禮貌, 由門口行入lobby, 以及酒店餐廳都令人有賓至如歸的感覺, 我下次一定會再選擇入住。 房間舒適, 設計有品味, 應有盡有！

Good service, convenient location

Our family of three arrived at night after a long journey, but our bed requested was not ready,the hotel should have prepared long before our arrival. Checking out: the front desk staff asked us to pay again, I told him we payed online long ago he better double check, after looking at the computer the staff said it was done without a word of apology, the hotel staff need more training I believe. the room is ok, higher floor at the back, breakfast is simple but good.

I'm not good at English. The gentlemen who received me were very patient, always smiling, and told me something with the translation software on my mobile phone. The accommodation environment is good, and the room is also very tidy and clean. I am very satisfied with this stay!
