“The property was very clean once you got into the unit. There was a stairwell to get into the unit that was pretty long and steep and it was quite dirty. But once you got past that everything was very clean. The set up was a little odd, but it was represented well in the description so it was no surprise. The bathroom is on the second story of the unit which was a little inconvenient but not a deal breaker for us. I wouldn't choose this unit if I had I issues with stairs or any difficulty……

“I stayed at the property with two teenage sons and wife while we went to visit colleges on a long weekend. The property was perfect for our family of four due to the price and location. We drove most places, but you could walk to some of the popular places. I would recommend that families with younger kids look for alternatives. There was a lot of noise due to the people going to the bars on Carson Street. I would definitely return with a group of friends or other adults. Chad was responsive to……

“Overall was ok. House is spacious. We had ac issues in the top floor and the ac system was not allowed to go below 68 degrees. The ac never was on and at night time it was hot. Top floor had a split air conditioner which doesn’t work and host never attempted to fix the problem. Nice views, tricky parking.”

The place had everything I needed, the location was lively with plenty to do nearby, and the hosts were genuinely lovely people. No complaints at all.
