"room was lovely.On arrival he said key inside & walked off. no info or welcome pack just map of site.Googled bus times & asked him where to wait. Said he said there are no buses.Being in a black spot with no signal I was stuck. No offer to phone and book a taxi So did a long walk into town on crutches.
