“Amazing stay! Cabin had all the basics and the view was amazing. Two minor issues not worth taking a star off for but worth noting. The website say firewood, fire starters.and snacks are extra however when I read the paper in the cabin, it says they are free. Texted the number and the confirmed that it indeed was free despite the s'mores package stating that it was $7. The other minor issue is that while the s'mores were free, they were expired almost two months ago so we did not eat them....

La recepcionista fue amable en darme liquido matabichos.
El servicio muy amable pero la infraestructura no es de un hotel 9.2

“Every thing excellent, except the bathroom plumbing. The toilets were installed for very very short people. If you have leg or knee issues, ask for a handicapped room. Also, our shower seemed to have had a recent adjustment to the temperature regulator. I could feel rubber inside the unit scrapping as it was turned AND when the handle was turned the water either shut off or got to extreme hot or cold.”
“I hate to score it with only 4 stars... It would have been 5 stars if we wouldn't have had the problem with toilet.
Toilet did not flush well. I asked the reception desk and they kindly just someone to pump it but it was not clogged the problem is that the toilet has not enough water pressure to fully flush...”
“Lots of nice touches in the room. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food at the resturand was very good. Hotel free breakfast was very good tasting. (Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon and potatoes and many other options)They used real dishes and silverware. Real glass drinking glasses in the room as well. Plenty of coffee packets in the room so we didnt have to always ask for more. Appliances worked perfectly and were.clean. Just a nice overall experience. ”

"La realidad es q es comoda, las camas, el cuarto. Tiene todo lo basico. Hay muchas cosas cerca, buen estacionamiento. El perdonal muy atento. Hacer el check in muy facil. Pero el personal tiene poco manejo de control con huespedes ruidosos. No cuidan tampoco la privacidad del huésped que ha sufrido intranquilidades. Todo lo demas muy bien. "
