“The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast area is pretty small and can't manage a larger group. Rooms were fine. I liked the hospitality of the hotel staff.”

“I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms……

“Very quaint room…the shower was very very small and the bed was way too hard for us but it was ok for a 1 night stay passing thru. It had a window unit and the filter looked like it had never been cleaned. It was a quiet area and right on the Rogue River”

“I rented room 117. The shower control knob was broken and I was unable to control the temperature of the water. I was unable to shower. I brought it to the front desk attention. I ask for a partial refund. The woman was not helpful. She said maintenance would have to look into it. She could have walked to the room to see for herself. I never heard from them again. No partial refund. A few days later I tried calling them and they did not pick up the phone. Contacted Expedia and they……

“We loved our stay at Rocky Point Resort. Upon arrival we thought we had a BBQ with our unit. We didn't so Scott upgraded us to a cabin. They brought us a fairly new BBQ with a brand new brush to clean the grill. We also met a lot of nice people. We didn't eat at the restaurant but walked over for some cocktails on the outdoor deck. Don't be fooled by the word "resort". These are cabins that have a small homey feeling. If you can't live without at TV, don't book a room there. If we head back……
