Overall room was OK for our 2 day trip. The property is gorgeous in a nice location. It could have been a better experience if basic amenities like restaurant and pool were operating. There is a great opportunity for management to improve the service and information.

Parking is so expensive $25 - $49 daily please consider that. You can hear everything. I tried to communicate with host and never replied

We love The Kendall!

It’s a hip hotel, but I believe looks better in pictures. Room was ok and it looks modern, but not a big deal. If you are looking for parking you need to find it by yourself or pay $70 for valet (we parked at the One building for $40 a night). The girl at the lobby was really nice with us. Anyway they gave us a double bed room when we reserved a king size room. Restaurant downstairs (Domingo) was super crowded and the wait time was about 1:30h, but we had breakfast there next morning and the food was cold. Also we went to the bar (which is nice) but no one was there for us. Overall it’s a nice place but I wouldn’t stay there again. I rather pick a cheaper hotel or some other around the River (which I recommend to visit during the morning or late nite, it’s more quiet and nice)
