The front desk staff for really great and helpful. The breakfast staff were very friendly and polite. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed oir stay.

The hotel overall was a disappointment this time around. Room was not cleaned all the way through small papers on the floor and other small objects on the couch. Woke up early to loud music at 6am and construction/remodeling banging shortly followed.

Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean. There was a slight odor in the hallways, but overall enjoyed my stay. Would/Will stay here again

I do not travel very much at all, so but thought "it's a Holiday Inn, it's gotta be good." The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was spacious with comfy beds and a big walk-in shower. AMAZING breakfast every morning with all sorts of hot food and options, and the staff had eatery suggestions and even have a list of places that deliver to the hotel. I was visiting Louisville for business purposes at the convention center, which was a quick walk from the Holiday Inn and that was super convenient... no cabs or ubers needed! I'd happily rebook at this location in the future and two of my colleagues who also stayed there and travel a LOT said it was an excellent location and were very happy.
