“Tub drain clogged, ceiling vent in bathroom was caked with dust. Floors were dirty. Broken hinge on kitchen cabinet. Battery on keypad entry low, had to go all the way around the duplex to front door.. big hassle. Offers early check in/late check out but denied us on both. Grass out front was really long. Not the best area of town!! ”

“It was very clean, just as listed. The only negative was seating, only one couch. We had a smoke alarm issue, but they were right on top of things and got it resolved! Very easy to work with and would highly recommend.”
