"I have stayed here before and had great experience. There were a couple of snafoos when I arrived but everything worked out in the end. The stairs going up to my place were not ideal but I survived. I want to thank Rebecca for all her help and kindness. I want to thank the wonderful Kenton for coming down the next morning to do a great job getting my room in tip top shape. And last but not least, Scott. He came down from the Pub to reset my lock to make sure I would be completely safe. I...

It was a new facility with a modern decor. Service was excellent and the staff were very accomodating. Only improvement opportunity would be to put a hair dryer in the room (not sure why we didn't have one) and breakfast options. When I went to check out a little after 10, there was no one in the lobby or at the front desk to get a coffee.

We found an old used ear plug in our room. Other than that, everything looked and felt clean. The hot tub had unfortunately stopped working. But the front desk people were very apologetic for it and let us know right when we checked in. The pool was clean and a decent size. They kept up with restocking towels too. Overall, it is a well maintained hotel with a good staff.

Very nice experience staying at this property. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. Bed is comfy. The next morning Chris made breakfast for me and we had a good chat. Chris also made French toast and packed it with grapes for my little daughter when we left. Thank you for the wonderful memory. We will be back soon.

We were looking for a place with a pool to get the kids out of the house and enjoy some swimming. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. There was a group if construction workers who tracked mud everywhere so the halls and elevator had that after they came in which was frustrating for the staff as much as for the guests I am sure.
Overall it was a great family get away weekend.
