“Very clean rooms, staff was very pleasant. It is a bit dated, but very clean room and linens.”

I'm guessing it's a management thing, but our room was not incredibly clean - hair on sink, toilet and in bathtub. Chunk of something on faucet. Bed was so dipped in the center we had to switch rooms - but to their credit, the guy at the front desk was great about that. Pool was out of service STILL.”

“Not the fault of the facility, lightning had destroyed the elevator control council and the Ice machine on our floor. I am 76 with bad arthritis and don't do stairs well, but there were no rooms available on the first floor. When we got to our room, the toilet would not stop running. The handle sticks down, and I had to bend the float rod to get it to stop running. Had to lift the handle after that. The air conditioner was very loud when the compressor kicked in. “Their amenities listed are completely false. From no beach access due to health concerns all the way to no wi-fi. Would strongly suggest to go elsewhere unless you enjoy being freezing cold all night and buying your own toilet paper.”
